Is WeTing360 available globally?Yes! While our primary focus is on Caribbean events, WeTing360 is accessible worldwide, making it easy for the Caribbean diaspora and global audiences to join the celebration.

How are ticket sales processed and when do I get paid?Ticket sales are processed securely through our payment gateway. The payout schedule is also dependent on the service level you select. Faster payouts are available with different services selected. At a minimum, payouts are made within 5–7 business days after your event ends, ensuring you receive funds promptly.

Can I customize my event page?Yes, you can customize your event page! You can add vibrant visuals, detailed descriptions, artist lineups, and even promotional videos to create an engaging experience for potential attendees. We must, however, ensure that new customizations are vetted and align with our guidelines. There is typically a 24 hour turnaround on event updates.

What ticketing options can I offer for my event?WeTing360 allows you to offer multiple ticket types, including general admission, VIP, early bird, group tickets, and more. You can also set pricing tiers and limits to maximize sales and cater to your audience. Simply indicate your preferences when creating an event or chat with us if you have additional questions.

What analytics and reports are available for my event?Currently, we will provide you with an weekly digest email report that showcases ticket sales, revenue, audience demographics, and engagement metrics. Use these reports to track performance and make informed decisions to optimize your event. We will be updating our platform in the very near future to provide realtime analytics and insights on-demand.

How does WeTing360 help promote my event?Depending on the service package you select, WeTing360 offers built-in marketing tools, including featured listings, social media campaigns, email blasts, and where possible, influencer collaborations. You can also access tips and resources to maximize your event’s visibility.

How do I create an event on WeTing360?Creating an event is simple! Sign in to your WeTing360 account, navigate to the “Create Event” section, and fill in the event details like name, date, location, ticket types, and pricing. Upload your event graphics. We will review your materials to ensure they are within our event listing guidelines and make your event available for your preview within 24 hours. Once you approve, your event will go live and be ready for RSVPs or ticket sales.

What should I do if I lose my ticket email?Don’t worry! Log into your WeTing360 account, and you’ll find all your purchased tickets under the “My Tickets” section. You can re-download or resend them anytime.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?Yes, you can transfer tickets if the event organizer allows it. Simply log into your account, select the ticket, and follow the steps to transfer it to another attendee.

What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?What happens when an event is canceled is dependent on the event promoter and will be captured in the cancellation policy shown during your ticket purchase. Typically, If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for your ticket. If it’s rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
